Semi-automatic dispensers

Semi-automatic dosing machines are machines designed for semi-automatic packaging of products of different densities.

It can be used to package liquids of different kinds, from more fluid to more dense. When it comes to working, it is very flexible, since depending on how the dispenser is configured, we can adapt the number of nozzles and the dosage volumes of the products with which it is going to be treated.

One of its greatest advantages is that it requires low maintenance, which favors production. The guards that form it are easily dismantled and all parts are visible to the professional.

Liquid dispensers

Within the category of semi-automatic dispensers we find liquid dispensers. This type of machinery is used to package both fluid and denser liquids. The range of dispensers is aimed mainly at the food, cosmetic and chemical sectors.

Our line of liquid dispensers adapts to the production required by our clients, offering different configurations in the number of nozzles and volume to be dispensed.

At Dosimur we use materials that favor the maintenance and cleaning of the machine, we also seek maximum precision when packaging, respecting the characteristics of the different products with which we will work. Therefore, we use stainless materials in its creation, which provides an aseptic packaging space. Specifically, when it is aimed at the food or phytosanitary sector, A-316 quality steel is used.

The liquid dispensers have a nozzle height adjustment system, for a quick and easy format change.

We highlight its minimal maintenance, with easily removable guards and accessibility to all the elements of the machine, which makes it useful and easy-to-care machinery, to promote fast and precise packaging.

Linear dispensers

Another of our dosing machines is the linear dosing machines. Our range of dosing machines has between one and twenty dosing heads.

The range of dispensers is aimed mainly at the food, cosmetic and chemical sectors. When it is aimed at the food or phytosanitary sector, A-316 quality steel is used in all components that may be in contact with the product. This type of stainless steel is made of austenitic nickel chromium that has molybdenum as its main component. Its main advantage is that it enhances resistance to general corrosion, favors resistance to pitting from chloride ion solutions, and provides more resistance to high temperatures.

Unlike the food and phytosanitary sector, for the chemical sector the machine is presented in thermo-lacquered A-304 with RAL-7031 anti-corrosion paint and lined in PVC. This type of material makes its finish very resistant, providing a powerful, high-quality coating. The machinery is built entirely of stainless materials, providing an aseptic packaging space, ideal for any type of product.

They are available in electromagnetic or mass flowmeters, to obtain the greatest precision whatever the product.

One of the strengths of our dosing machines is that they require minimal maintenance, with easily removable guards and great accessibility to all the elements of the machine.

It should be noted that they contain an LCD screen that provides quick access to the different machine options.

Rotary dispensers

The rotary dosing machines that we manufacture at Dosimur offer a perfect solution for filling glass, metal or PET plastic bottles of liquid products with high production requirements.
