Positive theft linear capper. Model TRT1A

Introducing our advanced solution for the capping process on your production line. Discover how our linear capper uses positive robbery technology to ensure accurate and secure capping on every container. Get an up-close look at the features and operation of our TRT1A model, while marvelling at its efficiency and performance. This video will show you how to optimise your capping process and ensure reliable and consistent product quality.

How does a capping machine work?

The process carried out in a capping machine is simple, it is carried out through a rotating head, which moves the bottles and places them under another head that is responsible for making a downward movement and putting the lid on. After this procedure, this head is raised to make it easier for the machine to rotate again, and another bottle is positioned to be capped.

Furthermore, in our range of capping machines, its cap lifter makes loading quick and easy.

Linear cappers

Within our capping machines, we find linear capping machines. This model of industrial machinery is suitable for any type of packaging and product. They are prepared for the chemical industry, cosmetics and food sector, covering a wide sector of companies for which at Dosimur we offer you the best selection of our products.

The TR1A range of capping machines adapts to all types of caps and bottle shapes, offering the possibility of regulating the components for format changes quickly and easily.

The machinery is built entirely of stainless materials, providing an aseptic work space. This type of materials prevents corrosion, making them very resistant to water and humidity, so they can be cleaned without any problem. In addition, they have great resistance to high temperatures and are very durable. It is an attractive material, which denotes the reflection of light and maintains the shine of the machine.

These models are available in stainless steel or PVC.

Another advantage of our capping machines is that they require minimal maintenance, with easily removable protectors and accessibility to all the elements of the machine.

Rotary cappers

Rotary capping machines are specialized machines in the industrial sector, whose function is to move the containers that are ready to be capped through a conveyor belt.

At Dosimur we have extensive experience in the manufacturing of this type of machinery, which is why we offer you our rotary capping machines that can be used to cap any type of container and product.

Our machinery has an automatic regulation system for format changes. They are prepared for the chemical, cosmetic and food industries.

The TRT4A range of capping machines adapts to all types of caps, offering the possibility of making format changes quickly and easily.
